Sweet Seeds – Mental Rainbow F1 Fast Version
Rainbow Sherbert #11 × Papaya Zoap Auto – Mango, papaya, and citrus in just 7–8 weeks
Mental Rainbow F1 Fast Version by Sweet Seeds combines the well-known Rainbow Sherbert #11 with Papaya Zoap Auto. The result is a feminized, photoperiodic Fast Version with a short flowering period and a distinctly tropical aroma profile.
Important to note: Mental Rainbow is not an autoflower. The strain remains light-dependent, but was bred for an especially short flowering period thanks to its autoflowering parent. Indoors, this takes approximately 7 to 8 weeks.
In terms of aroma, mango and papaya clearly take center stage, accompanied by fresh citrus notes and a pleasant sweetness. In the background, the profile becomes slightly drier: subtle earthy, spicy, and smoky nuances give the tropical fruit more depth.
The Papaya Zoap influence is clearly noticeable. It complements the Rainbow Sherbert base with exotic fruits and ensures that Mental Rainbow doesn't just taste sweet, but develops a complex profile between tropical fruit, citrus, and spices.
The plant structure also remains quite compact. Mental Rainbow F1 Fast Version develops a strong main cola surrounded by several well-developed side branches. These produce dense buds with a striking layer of trichomes.
Sweet Seeds does not specify an exact height in centimeters. However, the plants are described as medium-sized, compact, and robust.
At 65% indica and 35% sativa, Mental Rainbow is clearly indica-dominant. The character of the genetics, however, is determined less by these percentages than by the combination of Rainbow Sherbert #11 and Papaya Zoap.
Indoors, the stated yield potential is approximately 450–500 g/m². Outdoors, about 350–500 g per plant is reported. The outdoor harvest usually takes place towards the end of September to early October.
Mental Rainbow F1 Fast Version thus brings together several interesting characteristics: a modern Rainbow Sherbert lineage, tropical fruit aromas, and a very short flowering period for photoperiodic genetics.
The focus, however, remains on the profile itself: mango, papaya, citrus, and sweetness meet earth, spices, and light smoky notes – combined with compact, heavily frosted buds and a flowering time of just around 7 to 8 weeks.
