§ 1 Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the online shop Cannaseuse (www.cannaseuse.de), operated by Thomas Goldyn, sole proprietorship.

§ 3 Conclusion of Contract

The products displayed in the online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer.
By submitting the order, the customer makes an offer.
The contract is concluded upon acceptance via email or dispatch of the goods.

§ 4 Prices and Payment

All prices are final prices incl. statutory VAT.
Accepted payment methods: 

• Credit card (Visa/Mastercard)
• Bank transfer / Prepayment
• Direct transfer
  
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay
• Cash on delivery (plus cash on delivery fee)

No other payment methods are currently offered.

§ 5 Delivery

Delivery takes place at the address provided by the customer.
Retention of title until full payment.

§ 6 Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

§ 7 Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.

§ 8 Liability

Liability exists only for intent and gross negligence.
In the case of slight negligence, only for essential contractual obligations.

§ 9 Data Protection

The privacy policy of Cannaseuse applies (see Privacy Policy).

§ 10 Final Provisions

German law applies.
The place of jurisdiction is Berlin, provided the customer is a business entity.
Should any provision be invalid, the remainder shall remain valid.
