§ 3 Conclusion of Contract
The products displayed in the online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer. By submitting the order, the customer makes an offer. The contract is concluded by acceptance via email or by dispatching the goods.
§ 4 Prices and Payments
All prices are final prices incl. statutory VAT. Accepted payment methods:
Credit card (Visa/Mastercard)
Bank transfer / prepayment
Direct transfer
Apple Pay
Google Pay
Cash on delivery (plus cash on delivery fee)
Other payment methods are currently not offered.
§ 5 Delivery
Delivery takes place to the address provided by the customer. Retention of title until full payment.
§ 6 Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For the exact instructions, see Right of Withdrawal
§ 7 Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply.
§ 8 Liability
Liability exists only for intent and gross negligence. In the case of slight negligence, only for essential contractual obligations.
§ 9 Data Protection
The Cannaseuse Privacy Policy applies (see Privacy Policy).
§ 10 Final Provisions
German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin, provided that the customer is an entrepreneur. Should a provision be invalid, the rest remains valid.
