Terms and Conditions for the Cannaseuse July & August Giveaway

The organizer of the giveaway is Cannaseuse

Participation period:

The giveaway runs from 07/01/2026 at 12:00 AM until 08/31/2026 at 11:59 PM.

Participation:

Eligible to participate are natural persons aged 18 and over with residency in Germany. Every order placed and paid for in the Cannaseuse shop during the participation period is automatically entered into the drawing with one entry.

Prize:

The prize is a Puffco bundle consisting of a Puffco Proxy Core Kit and a Puffco Hot Knife V2. The total value is approx. €335. Cash payment, payout in kind, or transfer of the prize is excluded.

Drawing and notification:

The drawing will take place after the participation period has ended by random selection. The winner will be notified via email or Instagram DM. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, Cannaseuse may draw a new winner.

Shipping:

The prize will be shipped within Germany to the address provided by the winner.

Exclusion:

Employees of the organizer as well as persons who manipulate the giveaway or violate the terms and conditions may be excluded from participation. Orders that are canceled, revoked, or unpaid will not be entered into the drawing.

Data protection:

Personal data will be processed exclusively for the purpose of conducting the giveaway, verifying eligibility, notifying the winner, and shipping the prize. After the giveaway has concluded, the data will be deleted unless there are legal retention requirements.
